Foley Main Street Receives Donation From Regions Bank
“As our communities succeed, we all succeed. That’s why Regions Bank is honored to support the vision of Foley’s Main Street Program. Through this initiative, more people will discover what those of us from Baldwin County already know: that this is a vibrant and welcoming community where people and businesses can prosper. Foley has a unique opportunity to build on its strengths in the years to come, and at Regions, we are proud to be partners in this progress,” said Sessions.
Foley was accepted as a Main Street Alabama designated community in June, 2018. Foley Main Street is an independent 501 (c)(6) organization dedicated to boosting economic development in Foley’s historic downtown. The organization is supported by both the city of Foley and the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, but is a separate entity, with its own board of directors.
The Main Street Alabama program is part of the national Main Street program. The non-profit organization provides tools, information, and resources needed for each city to develop a plan tailored to meet their community’s specific needs.
